This Reprint examines the rapidly evolving relationship between journalism, media, and artificial intelligence. It brings together cutting-edge research exploring how AI is reshaping news production, investigative practices, audience engagement, governance, and ethical standards. Contributions span topics such as generative AI, algorithmic content delivery, disinformation detection, AI-assisted storytelling, and public trust in machine-authored news.
