Sự thiếu vắng các quy định quốc gia về GenAI ở hầu hết các quốc gia khiến quyền riêng tư dữ liệu của người dùng không được bảo vệ và các cơ sở giáo dục phần lớn chưa được chuẩn bị để kiểm chứng các công cụ này.
