dc.description.abstractNghiên cứu nhằm xác định nồng độ dung môi, trạng thái nguyên liệu (tươi, khô) và phương pháp chiết xuất để thu được cao chiết hoa hồng đạt chất lượng dựa trên các chỉ tiêu đánh giá về khả năng kháng khuẩn, hiệu suất, các thành phần cấu tử dễ bay hơi, hoạt tính hóa lý. Ứng dụng đưa cao triết vào để sản xuất sữa tắm.
